Terms and Conditions for Telecommunications Services
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of telecommunications services (“Services”) provided by Mobiltech Consulting to our clients. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
- Services: The telecommunications services, including but not limited to voice, data, internet, and any other related services provided by the Provider.
- Client: Any individual, corporation, or entity that subscribes to or uses the Services provided by the Provider.
3. Service Availability The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Services are available to the Client. However, the Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserves the right to limit or suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not use the Services to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or abuse
- Fraudulent activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Distribution of viruses or malware
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, passwords, and other sensitive data.
5. Payment and Billing
- Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services provided, as outlined in the Service Agreement or billing statements.
- Fees for Services will be billed on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments are due on the specified due date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Service Termination

- Upon termination of Services, all outstanding balances must be paid immediately, and the Client’s account will be closed.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- The Provider will take reasonable measures to protect the Client’s personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- The Client consents to the collection and use of their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
- The Provider’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Services in the [six months] preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Force Majeure Neither party will be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, government regulations, and natural disasters.
10. Modifications to the Agreement
- The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of such changes via email or through a notice on our website.
- Continued use of the Services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution

By opting out, you will no longer receive emails, phone calls, or other forms of marketing communication. However, please note that you may still receive important transactional communications regarding your account, purchases, or other necessary business-related updates.
How to Opt-Out:
- Email Communications: To unsubscribe from promotional or marketing emails, please click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any marketing email we send. You will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
